About LMBA

LMBA was founded on 4 December 2001 by 23 founding members. At present Lithuanian Research Library Consortium unites 48 members.

Goals

The main objectives of the Consortium are: promoting the development of virtual libraries, preparation and implementation of advanced technology and innovative projects in the libraries; subscription to electronic databases for the Consortium members and other libraries. More

Statute

The Statute of Lithuanian Research Library Consortium (LMBA) was registered in the Register of Legal Persons of the Republic of Lithuania on 8 August 2008. Text of the Statute.

Board

The Board of the Consortium directs the activity of the Consortium between the General Meetings. The members of the Board are elected for a two-year tenure at the General Meeting by open vote. The Board of the Consortium is chaired by the President elected by the General Meeting by a simple majority of votes. Members of the Board:
